IT Support Specialist - Help Desk
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Provide level 1 technical support staff at our site in Cali, involving: the execution of password resets, desktop/laptop setup, patching, technical coordination of new hire/term process, etc.
- Monitor and manage system health of all assigned systems to include evaluating and reporting on their availability, performance and capacity.
- Drive processes to identify operational and security problems with assigned systems and provide technical support to resolve them promptly.
- Understand and comply with all departmental policies and procedures for incident, request, change, and problem management.
- Routine administration; and troubleshooting for assigned systems; occasionally working extended hours and/or nights and weekends.
- Vendor support of assigned hardware/software/systems/services.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Certifications: ITIL v3, ServiceNow preferred.
- 1 years BPO IT Desktop Admin experience preferred.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making skills.
- Well-organized and good follow through on commitments to customers.
